INTRODUCTION
This product is refined and made from various efficient, safe and environmental high-quality raw and auxiliary materials. It possesses the functions of excellent permeation, emulsification, dispersion and stripping. It can realize non-foaming spray cleaning at designated temperature. It is specially developed for cleaning the residual oil, grinding paste and metal powder in the process of mechanical processing and production, thus having excellent cleaning and antirust ability against grease, oil and mixed dirt.
APPLICATION SCOPE
It is used for spray cleaning of the residual oil, grease, grinding paste and metal powder on the surface of the metal parts made of ferrous metal such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel, cast iron or other materials such as non-ferrous metal after processing. It can be rustproof for 7-10 days after cleaning.


APPLICATION METHOD
Spray cleaning. Use KES-523 to prepare the solution as per 5% concentration and add it into the spray cleaning machine. Start cleaning until the temperature rises to specified temperature. After cleaning, switch to back-end process as per production process requirements.
If rust prevention is needed, it is recommended not to rinse the workpiece with clean water, but to add 2% KES-523 in the rinse tank for rust prevention.
