APPLICATION SCOPE
It can be mainly used for cleaning of aluminum, copper, magnesium alloy, electrolytic board, galvanized board, zinc alloy, stainless steel and other metal parts. It can effectively remove the residual oil stain, grease, grinding paste, metal powder and other dirt on the surface.
APPLICATION METHOD
Spray cleaning method: prepare the working fluid of KES-522 at the concentration of 5%, add it into the liquid storage tank of spray cleaning machine and start spray cleaning when the temperature rises to about 60℃. Shift to the following process according to the requirements of production technology after the end of cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning method: prepare the working fluid of KES-522 at the concentration of 5%, add it into the tank of ultrasonic cleaning machine and start ultrasonic cleaning when the temperature rises to about 60℃. Shift to the following process according to the requirements of production technology after the end of cleaning.
Bubbling cleaning method: prepare the working fluid of KES-522 at the concentration of 5%, add it into the tank of bubbling cleaning machine and start bubbling cleaning when the temperature rises to about 60℃. Shift to the following process according to the requirements of production technology after the end of cleaning.
